Research Digest: On the Negative Tri-Tone

SUB-89-HUM · Sub-level 4 Research · 1984-1987 · released in part

Every door in this city carries the same natural resonance: a tri-tone of █████████. The Institute spent thirty years assuming it was noise. It is not noise.

Two stones mapped the tri-tone. ██████ mapped the spatial half. ████ mapped the chronal half.

Combined, they produced ██████████████████████: all three components at once. Not one note cancelled, but the whole chord.

Run continuously, it does two things. It stops ███ ███████. It stops ███ becoming anything other than ████████████████████████████.

The recommendation attached to the first working field test was one word: ██████ The recommendation was █████████.
